Wow! They just looked so much better in my head...

Sometimes things just don't go as I had envisioned.  When I sew, I sew blind - meaning I don't use patterns (well sometimes I do but it's rare) and I like to work things out by myself.  I guess once they're hanging on the Christmas tree they'll look ok - I hope!

Oh and did you hear Megan is having another giveaway!

So head on over and enter

And don't forget I'm hosting a giveaway on KMB - I will be sending out plenty of reminders ;)  Your chances are pretty good right now too

  1. Aww don't be too hard on yourself Kelly :) Maybe add some ribbon and some little jewels? Or some felted names. Just personalise a bit and then maybe you won't get that awful feeling in your gut like I do with some of my paintings every time you look at them. I personally love the fabrics you've used.

  2. Great fabrics!! Do you have any little bells? You could put some of them on...they would look cute.

  3. I agree, I think a bit of personalising and they will look quite pretty on your tree. I too am a great one for just having a go. My children used to get some very strange stuffed animals as children....but they adored them. So keep going!

  4. Baubles? The fabrics are sweet. I want to try something like this - any thing I shouldn't do? (since you aren't that happy with yours?)
