Tutorial - fabric tape
I'm sure I'm not the only one that has tape envy when Megan of Mousehouse talks about her kozo tape. They sound like a great alternative to boring old sellotape and make brown paper packages look that little bit more fancy. I decided last night that I'd have a go at making my own. That way I would have control over which fabric I wanted to use.

Ruler, rotary cutter and mat (or you could use scissors)

ReplyDeleteSharlene - super easy to make and you can use it to decorate all sorts - you could even use it in your scrapbooking I guess. I'll be using it for gifts and using tissue paper instead of rolls and rolls of wrapping paper

Great idea! You could cut the tape into little triangles too and make tiny bunting for birthday cards. Hmmm. Might have to do that for the next birthday card situation!

ReplyDeleteSo much easier than another tutorial i tried to follow involving grease proof paper and modge podge glue (which ultimately didn't work). This is much better. Thanks for sharing.
