Well I have weighed in and I did have a loss, but it was only 100gm and a grand total fo 4.5cm. *cries*  That was my own fault really - too much junk food and not enough movement.  I'm happy to say that I haven't had a biscuit for two weeks though!

My goals for this week
  1. Eat all meals and snacks to stop myself getting hungry
  2. Drink 8 glasses of water (everyday)
  3. Move more - walk Elijah to kindy at least once a week
  4. limit hot chocs to twice a week
  5. Repeat mantra/pledge daily (coutesy of AJ Rochester)
Daily mantra/pledge
I commit to being the very best that I can be.  I deserve to love, be loved and most importantly of all, I deserve to love myself.  I deserve a healthy body and I will never give up on myself, no matter what happens, and I promise to do whatever it takes to make it happen.  Today is the first day of the rest of my life.  Shazam!

I have just joined up to her Healthy Body Club for 3 months (its free if you enter gethealthy into the coupon code) so hopefully I get some inspiration from there.

To be honest I'm a little disappointed in myself.  I knew I wasn't making the best choices but I did it anyway!  Now that the weather is cooling down, I have no excuse to not be out walking even if it is at a child's pace.  I guess I could put him in the buggy and push him around but that might hurt his "I'm a big boy" ego.

Well I'm off for breakfast now - yoghurt, cereal and fruit, NO hot chocs today!

  1. I think you did great even if you didn't lose as much as you would have liked. Hey, you had a loss, not a gain!

Sometimes there will be days (or weeks in my case, lol) where our food choices aren't the best because we are mums... We are busy all the time with something. I think the important thing is just to keep going and focus on the end result that you want :)

    You're doing great Kelly!

  2. thanks Becky - thats so true - I tend to skip meals (unintentionally) then make up for them elsewhere but with very bad food choices!

How is your weight loss going? If you join the club I mentioned you might be able to find someone in your area
