Wednesday's Weigh In

I weighed in first thing this morning and although I hadn't lost as much weight as I would have liked, a loss is a loss.  So loss stats are as follows - not brave enough to post original weight/measurements just yet!

Weight  -700gms

Neck  -1.0cm
Chest  -4.0cm
Waist  -7.0cm
Wrist  -0.5cm
Bicep  -0.5cm
Hips  -6.0cm
Thigh upper  -3.0cm
Thigh lower  -1.0cm

So a total loss of 23cm!!!  I feel alot better and the loss gives me the motivation to go another week.
